I was skeptical about appointing a recruitment agency as our requirements were quite specific, but made the decision to try SSA based on a recommendation from a close work colleague.

After my initial consultation with you, I was very comfortable with not only the down to earth approach of SSA, but also your ability to really grasp what we were after in a candidate – not only from what I described, but also from the questions that you asked me. After an initial conversation and then another approx. 30min in depth conversation, SSA were engaged.
